All gourmet dinners are served with traditional, long-grained, steamed white rice. We are happy to honor any special dietary request, but these may take a little longer to prepare. We use all white meat chicken and 100% vegetable oil in our cooking. On sautéed items, you may request a specific oil – corn, canola, peanut, safflower, sunflower, olive, grape seed oil or Pam spray.
