Shredded lettuce, onion, pepper, carrots, marinated chicken breast with sesame seed and crushed almonds
with crispy noodles. A Kwan's favorite.
Sautéed Garlic Butter Prawns
(10 pieces) Mouth-watering prawns in a garlic butter sauce sautéed with shredded carrots,
onions, and bell peppers.
Fried Prawns (10 pieces)
Succulent prawns, dipped in batter and then deep-fried in vegetable oil until crisp and golden. Served with cocktail sauce and hot mustard.
Parchment Chicken (10 pieces)
Marinated chicken wrapped in rice paper, deep-fried. Served with ginger vinegar.
Barbecued Spareribs
Honey-coated Chinese-style ribs, marinated overnight in our homemade
BBQ sauce, then barbecued to a smoky perfection.
Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers
Minced chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and spices stuffed in fresh jalape ño peppers – browned in the wok and lightly topped with oyster sauce.
Barbecued Pork or Mock Barbecued Pork
Glazed strips of ultra-lean, marinated pork, slow-cooked in a Chinese barbecue and topped with our own tangy barbecue sauce.
Cream Cheese Krab Puffs (10 pieces)

Delicate noodle-wrapped dumplings filled with minced chicken, cabbage, water chestnuts, and carrots-lightly browned in the wok or steamed. Served with our house special ginger vinegar dip.
Sautéed Basil Fresh Button Mushrooms
Fresh mushrooms sautéed in a light brown basil sauce with shredded vegetables.
Fried Wontons (12 pieces)
A mixture of chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and Chinese spices wrapped in a crispy golden brown wonton skin. Served with our tangy sweet and sour sauce.
Deep Fried Mushrooms (10 pieces) Locally grown fresh mushrooms, lightly breaded in spices, then deep-fried in vegetable oil.

Lightly seasoned then deep-fried.
