Kwan’s Appetizer Plate

A delicious assortment of favorites! Egg rolls (2),
wontons (6), prawns (4), and BBQ pork (6).
Enough for two-to-four people.

 

Fried Prawns (10 pieces)

Succulent prawns, dipped in batter and then deep-fried in vegetable oil until crisp and golden. Served with cocktail sauce and hot mustard.

 

Parchment Chicken (10 pieces)

Marinated chicken wrapped in rice paper, deep-fried. Served with ginger vinegar.

 

Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers

Minced chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and spices stuffed in fresh jalape ño peppers – browned in the wok and lightly topped with oyster sauce.

 

Barbecued Pork or
Mock Barbecued Pork

Glazed strips of ultra-lean, marinated pork, slow-cooked in a Chinese barbecue and topped with our own tangy barbecue sauce.

 

Cream Cheese Krab Puffs (10 pieces)

A blend of imitation crab and cream cheese enveloped in a deep-fried wrapper.

 

Pot Stickers –
Chicken or Vegetable (6 pieces)

Delicate noodle-wrapped dumplings filled with minced chicken, cabbage, water chestnuts, and carrots-lightly browned in the wok or steamed. Served with our house special ginger vinegar dip.

Fried Wontons (12 pieces)

A mixture of chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and Chinese spices wrapped in a crispy golden brown wonton skin. Served with our tangy sweet and sour sauce.

Deep Fried Mushrooms
(10 pieces)

Locally grown fresh mushrooms, lightly breaded in spices, then deep-fried in vegetable oil.

 

Mini Egg Rolls – Bay Shrimp or Vegetable (2 pieces)

A delicate blend of shrimp, water chestnuts, celery, carrots, cabbage, sesame seeds and exotic spices wrapped in a wheat-flour crust and then deep-fried in vegetable oil.

 

 Soup
Most soups can be prepared with your choice of vegetable broth or meat broth.

Won Ton Soup

Thin egg noodle dumplings filled with minced chicken, black mushrooms, and water chestnuts, simmered in a rich broth with an assortment of Chinese vegetables and topped with barbecued pork.

Chicken Mushroom Wild Rice Soup

Hot and Sour Soup -
Exotic, popular and spicy. Cloud ears and lily flowers enhance the tofu, carrots, eggs, cabbage, vegetable greens, tomatoes, and spices in this soup.

 

Egg Flower Soup
Small, Medium, Large

Fresh thick meat stock simmered with water chestnuts, carrots, green onions, fun-see noodles, and egg flowerets. Single persons not dining, or two or more persons sharing a single entrée, will be charged $1.50 per person.
